The Role

Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will be the "engine room" of the site’s administration. You won’t just be entering data; you’ll be managing the flow of goods across two major systems to ensure operational excellence.

Your day-to-day will involve:

• Systems Management: Seamlessly handling inbound receiving and outbound processing using both SAP and Oracle.
• Operational Planning: Taking the lead on outbound load planning to ensure transport efficiency.
• Logistics Coordination: Booking containers and liaising directly with freight forwarders to keep the supply chain moving.
• Client Engagement: Acting as the professional face of the site, managing email inquiries and resolving requests with a customer-first mindset.
• Data Integrity: Capturing critical data from SAP/Oracle and translating it into actionable spreadsheets for planning and billing accuracy.

About You

You are a passionate and driven Administrator wanting to build your career within the Transport & Logistics Industry, staying calm under pressure and possess the analytical sharpness to spot an error before it becomes a problem.

• You have proven experience with SAP (Oracle experience is a plus!)
• You understand the nuances of warehouse administration, from container bookings to freight liaison.
• You are comfortable using spreadsheets to track data and assist with financial billing.
• You enjoy a 7am-3pm schedule Mon-Fri but are flexible enough to pivot when peak operational demands arise.
• You can build rapport with different personality types from truck drivers to corporate clients.

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (Flexibility required in peak periods)
